Our weekend began Thursday evening. Jake got to bring Rascal home, their preschool mascot.
Rascal hung out with us all weekend and we kept track of everything in Rascal's special journal.
He played in the snow, went to a birthday party, ate cake and read lots of books. Jake is really sad to send Rascal back to school but he'll have his turn again.
Jake's preschool class has such cute ideas for the kids :)
Aaron and Jess came over for dinner and to celebrate my birthday. Dan made his famous Lasagna and I made Orange-Strawberry Smoothies.
Jess and Aaron.....enjoying a refreshing smoothie.
note: I made them pose for this photo :)
Most of the evening while we were watching a movie, Jake held Jess captive in his playroom.
I think Jake has a little crush on her :)
Oh young love......to be young again.
