A sweet little Summertime Ice Cream Pie for you to enjoy :)
Orangesicle Ice Cream Pie
8 ounce frozen orange juice concentrate (I used about 3/4 of 12 ounce can)
3 TB instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
1 3 ounce Yoplait orange creme yogurt
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
whipped cream, for garnish
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
3 TB sugar
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press in spring form pan and bake 350 for 8 minutes. Cool completely and set aside.
If you don't feel like making your graham cracker crust, you can use a ready made graham cracker or even chocolate pie crust. This recipe will easily fill two ready made graham cracker crusts. Keep one for yourself and give one to your favorite neighbor :)
In blender, combine orange juice concentrate, pudding, milk, yogurt and ice.
Pulse until smooth and well combined. Gradually add vanilla ice cream, almost to the top.
Blend until well combined, adding more vanilla ice cream if needed.
Pour in prepared graham cracker crust and freeze 4 hours or overnight.
Cut in slices and garnish with whipped cream.
