Peanut Butter Bread
1 cup plus 1 TB water (70° to 80°)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 TB brown sugar
3 cups bread flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
In bread machine, in the following order or as instructed by manufacturer add; water, peanut butter, brown sugar, bread flour, salt and making a small indent in the middle of flour add yeast. Make sure not to let water and yeast come in contact.
Select basic bread setting, light and Start.
After 5 minutes, add 2 TB water if needed.
Serve with additional peanut butter and jam, if desired
