So we watched this great movie last night.....Namath. I remember mostly watching Joe Namath's commericals from my childhood, so it was really great to know "his story". I love Bio's.
GREAT movie to get you in the football mood.
We are still trying to get over this nasty flu bug :(
So hopefully, we can pull this little feast off tomorrow. The way I look at it, we'll be able to have leftovers for a week.
I wanted to share our Super Bowl Party menu for tomorrow's Super Bowl :)
~ The Super Bowl Menu ~
BBQ Chicken Bacon Crescent Squares
Sloppy Joe's
Pig's in a Blanket
White Chicken Chili
Bacon Cheddar Cheese Dip
**Party Meatballs
**Turkey Little Smokies
**I will post the new Super Bowl Recipes next week. I also have a "Game Day" category on my Recipe Blog just in case you're still not sure what to make for the big day.
I've been so excited to try them or to at least finally get a photo and blog them.
For dessert? Well, we are going all out and making a chocolate cake with white frosting (from a box).
What can I say, Jake's very favorite......go figure. I'm sure I'll place it on a cake stand, pretty it up with a few chocolate curls chocolate chips and pretend it's from scratch :)
Even if you're not a football fan, Superbowl time is just really fun. I love the food, the relaxing, the commericals and when they interview the players and their families. OK, and I LOVE Madonna.
But most of all, I love spending time with my little family.
