This week I did a lot of baking. Leave it to me to bake in almost 100 degree weather.
Made Strawberry Peach Jam and Strawberry Jam . I'm loving those cute chubby jars! If my sis is reading this......I have LOTS of JAM for you :)
We visited the park a few times this week----walked in the heat----wondered why. Grabbed some KFC chicken bowls and a strawberry parfait---a guilty pleasure.
Made parfaits, granola, pumpkin zucchini chocolate chip cookies, applesauce chocolate chip cookies. My husband wont eat them if they have applesauce or zucchinis in them....but he tends not to notice if I throw a bunch of chocolate chips in. Weird!
"I would not eat them here or there....I will NOT eat them Anywhere!". (unless they have chocolate).
Also made some banana pumpkin bread---yum.
A visit to the library----jake grabbed some Walter Wick books---he LOVES Walter Wick.
I'm very excited for the weekend----fun things ahead!
