I love trying new jam recipes. This week I've been on a jam making frenzy-----I smell like a strawberry patch most days :)
Raspberry Peach Jam
2 2/3 cups finely chopped peeled fresh peaches
1 1/2 cups crushed fresh or frozen raspberries
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
In large pan combine all ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is dissolved and bubbly.
Bring to full rolling boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim foam.
Pour hot mixture in prepared half pint jars. Process in water bath for 15 minutes.
