I love a recipe that you can just dump all of the ingredients into the crock pot and forget about it. We've already had it several times and LOVE it.
1 pound boneless chicken breasts1/2 small onion, diced2 carrots, diced2 celery stalks, diced2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning2 bay leaves2 TB butter6 cups chicken broth3/4 cup wild rice blend, uncooked
Add all ingredients to crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken can easily be shredded with fork.
Remove chicken and shred with fork. Add back to crock pot and stir. Keep warm until ready to serve.

Combine egg nog, heavy cream, milk and vanilla in bowl.
Pour mixture into ice cream maker and freeze using manufacturers instructions.
Once mixture reaches soft serve stage, transfer to plastic container and store in freezer.

All I want for Christmas is........
Santa was at the Ogden Mustang's hockey game last night.
Jake and Santa had quite a long conversation about this and that.
Oh please oh please.....never be too old for this.
