Happy Wednesday!

I made Strawberry Parfaits last night  :) I was trying to copy Colonel Chicken's Strawberry Parfaits....and I think they are close :) I love those devils!

Strawberry Parfaits

package round sponge cakes
2 cups sliced berries
strawberry glaze
whipped cream (squirt kind is fun)
additional strawberries to garnish

Push cake in bottom of parfait glass. Mix berries with a little glaze until glossy and pretty. Spoon berries on top. Crumble another sponge cake over top, maybe using half. Repeat with berries. Squirt whipped cream like crazy. Top with berries to make it perdy :)

Wrap in saran wrap and chill. Be Sweet and Eat :)
