This is a wonderful Easy-Fast Breakfast casserole that will "wow" your family and friends.
1 crescent roll tube
7 eggs
splash of milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup ham, cooked and sliced
3/4 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup onions, diced
1 4 ounce can green chiles
salsa, optional for garnishing
Press crescent dough in sprayed 9x13 pan. Pinch all together until you get a nice bottom crust.
In large bowl, whisk eggs with a splash of milk. Add salt, pepper, cheese, ham, mushrooms, onions and green chiles.
Mix until combined and pour over crescent dough.
Bake 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and eggs are set.
Cool for 5 minutes and slice.

Press crescent dough in sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
Combine egg and milk, whisk with fork just until combined. Add cheese, ham, mushrooms, onions, chiles, salt and pepper.
Stir mixture until well combined.
Pour over crescent dough.
Bake 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and eggs are set.
Let cool for 5 minutes and slice.
Top with salsa if you wish :)
