Overnight Oatmeal
1/4 c old fashioned oats
1/4 c plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup almond or coconut milk
1/2 tsp. Chia seeds
1tsp. honey
sprinkle of cinnamon
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Combine all ingredients in 1/2 pint jar. Stir to combine. Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
