We had such a magical time celebrating Birthdays in Seattle. It was so nice to see everyone again, so hard to leave. I wish we all lived closer. I probably snapped 5000 photos of everything and everyone while we were there. Hope they don't think I'm too crazy :)

We spent the weekend in Seattle visiting family.
Lots of walks and adventures---so nice to see everyone again.
Now it's back to work, but just for a few more days.

So when we were in Seattle, we went to Beecher's.
I read about this Sandwich and Soup Shop and how incredible it is.
Jake was so excited to have a grilled cheese sandwich.
but then........
What the........
Hmmmm.....this wasn't the grilled cheese sandwich my mom makes :)
He is picky like that and I can't believe he is missing out! I guess when he's older he'll appreciate really good food.
Beecher's is famous for their Macaroni and Cheese.
I'll have to try that next time......but for me it's always a sandwich and soup.
I love soup and anything with the word "tomatoes".

Jake was happy to discover a Gigantic Hot Dog on the building next door.
This could only mean one thing......hot dogs were inside :)

The only time it rained on us in Seattle was at the Zoo.
I love the rain, so that was just fine by me.

A very sweet artist that went right to work with Jake's request.
The request being.....a purple kitty cat.
Looks just like our Weber State University Wildcat :)

Rosemary always told Dan when he was little, that she was going to trade him for a giraffe :)
Our house always feels like "The Family Farm".
