White Chocolate Oreo Lollipops
Oreos Double Stuffed
12 ounces Ghirardellis White Chocolate
Crushed candy canes
Sucker sticks
Melt white chocolate on low-medium heat in double boiler. I just used a small sauce pan and put a heat safe mixing bowl on top. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Dip Oreos in chocolate and place on wax paper. Insert sucker stick half way through. Be very gentle, the cookies break very easily. Drizzle a little more chocolate if needed with a spoon and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
When candy has set, wrap in little bags and tie with ribbon :)
