I love watching P. Allen Smith's, The Garden Home. I'm actually quite obsessed with it. I record all of the episodes and watch them when I get off work.
I must have watched this episode 50 times. I absolutely love cooking right from the garden and with everything on hand, I thought I'd give it a try.
It turned out Fabulous! This lady is so fun to watch cook and I'm sure all of her recipes are Amazing!
