This fudge is absolutely dreamy. I can't believe I waited so long to make it. Merry Christmas!
Candy Cane Fudge
12 ounce package white chocolate chips
12 ounce package vanilla chips
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk, La Lechera
10 crushed candy canes
1/2 tsp. pure peppermint extract
drop red food coloring
Line an 8 inch square pan with foil. Grease foil with butter.
In saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until chips are smooth and creamy.
Remove from heat. Stir in peppermint extract, food coloring and candy canes. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut in squares.
