
15 ounce can pumpkin puree
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Grease and flour 3 or 4 mini loaf pans depending on the size you are using.
Combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs, water and oil. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Stir together and gradually add to pumpkin mixture until combined.
Pour in prepared pans and bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick test :) Recipe from Allrecipes.com
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 8 ounce cream cheese
3/4 cups butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar
Combine butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla until well combined. Gradually add powdered sugar. Frost and smile :)
