I made these pudding parfaits and strawberry shortcakes for Candace's Bridal Shower.
I usually make them in plastic clear cups but I thought these little chubby jars were adorable and easy to transport to the party.

Vanilla Pudding Banana Oreo Parfaits
Chocolate and Vanilla Pie Parfaits
3 ounce package instant chocolate pudding, prepared
3 ounce package instant vanilla pudding, prepared
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 TB sugar
1/3 cups melted butter
Cool Whip, thawed
milk chocolate candy bar
glass canning jars
In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press graham cracker crumbs in bottom of canning jars, using the back of a spoon. Bake 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Let cool completely.
When jars are cool, start layering your cute little chocolate pies.
Place a layer of vanilla pudding on top of graham cracker crumbs, top with chocolate and Cool Whip. Using a vegetable peeler, curl a few pieces of milk chocolate candy bar over Cool Whip.
Add jar lids and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Vanilla Pudding Banana Oreo Parfaits
2 packages (3 ounce) cook and serve vanilla pudding
2 3/4 cups half and half
20 oreo cookies, crushed (1 3/4 cups)
1/4 cup melted butter
Cool Whip, thawed
banana, sliced
additional OREO cookies for garnish
glass canning jars or cups
In small bowl, combine OREOS and butter. Stir until well combined. Press cookie crumbs in the bottom of glass canning jars. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
Prepare vanilla pudding according to direction on box, using half half. Cool completely.
Top cookie crumbs with a layer of pudding, a sprinkle of cookie crumbs, a few slices of banana, more pudding, top with Cool Whip and more cookie crumbs. Add jar lids and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Strawberry Shortcake Parfaits
2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
3 TB sugar
1 package shortcake rounds
Cool Whip, thawed
milk chocolate candy bar
glass canning jars
In small bowl combine strawberries. Add sugar and stir until combined. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Place a shortcake round in bottom of jar, top with strawberries, Cool Whip and chocolate curls. Add canning jar lids and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
